Ray-Ban Meta Glasses: Go-to-Market Strategy

Ray-Ban partnered with Meta to launch a smart-glasses line that pairs the brand's eight-decade eyewear heritage with advanced AI, capture, and audio features. The challenge: convince consumers the technology is worth paying for without compromising the product's core appeal as everyday glasses.

Co-authored with Ira King for MKTG 500, the report opens with a competitor analysis (Amazon Echo Frames, XREAL, Virtue Luma, Bose Frames), defines a value proposition rooted in seamless camera, sleek design, and AI assistance, and identifies two target segments. It then walks through Product, Price, Place, and Promotion recommendations for each segment.

Outcome: a complete launch playbook — segment-specific positioning, distribution strategy, and promotional channels — with appendices supporting each recommendation.

Nintendo Switch 2: Netnography Report

A six-person team study (MKTG 572) of the Nintendo Life Switch 2 forum, examining what users value when making console and game purchase decisions, who holds influence, and what brings the community together or drives it apart.

We collected 500 threads and 19,700+ replies across topics including the Switch 2 launch, upgrade decisions, and Pokémon Pokopia. Each team member contributed observations on consumer values, influence patterns, and opinion leadership; my notes focused on title performance expectations and the dynamics of long-tenured commenters who function as informal community leaders.

Findings: users prioritize price, library, and future-proofing over raw specs; "insider" and "devotee" participant types shape discussion; the community is built around shared knowledge rather than hype, with cautious purchase advice the norm. Three testable hypotheses for follow-up research are included.

Facebook Engagement: Tableau Visualization

Analyzed a Facebook dataset to measure post-level performance across impressions, reach, and engagement among users who liked the page.

Built an interactive Tableau dashboard with a parameter to toggle between performance indicators, measuring metrics at the hourly level and filtering for posts containing the words "Tableau" and "data."

Identified peak engagement windows and top-performing post types, surfacing actionable recommendations for content timing and messaging strategy.

Simulated Stock Price Chart: Python Simulation

A Python program built in MIS 503 that animates a simulated stock price and labels its high, low, and close.

Simulated Stock Price Chart: Python Simulation

Built for MIS 503, this Python program uses the DrawingPanel library to simulate a stock price over 24 time steps, drawing each tick as a green or red line segment depending on whether the price moved up or down.

The chart frames itself with a labeled grid, animates a live price readout in the top-right with a directional triangle indicator, and tracks the high and low points of the run — marking them with cyan dots and labels. When the simulation finishes, the closing price is labeled below the time axis.

The deliverable shows comfort with control flow, randomness, and graphical state — translating a real-world visualization concept into clean, commented Python.
